Bilambil Coin Challenge

It’s that time of the year again so let’s all dig deep into our change jars, money boxes, check the lounge, car seats and pockets for our Annual Bilambil Coin Challenge!!
All proceeds will be going towards our P&C Community “Kitchen” Garden that we have been saving for and now have approval to commence.
The Kitchen Garden will create fresh produce for the school canteen and provide opportunity for student learning, life skills and interaction! With lots of discussion, consultation and hard work the Community Garden‘s plans have also grown into a magnificent Bilambil School grounds project with
grant and school based funding that will include
indigenous pathways and flora, native fauna corridors and will be interactive and a great way to learn about our environment, gardening, recycling and sustainability.
Who will collect the most Aussie cash? Game on Bilambilers!
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Australian cents and dollars
will be accepted!
The P&C Kitchen Garden will lead into The BPS Community Garden our exciting, long awaited
and thoroughly planned invaluable project that will not only provide and outdoor educational space,
opportunity to learn about healthy food options, gardening and indigenous edible plants, it will also create
amazing natural spaces within our beautiful rural school grounds.
Class buckets will be coming soon to your rooms soon but get those coins coming in advance ready for our class competitions. Prizes will be class parties or special treats for categories such as most 5 cents collected,
most fundraised, First, Second and Third places.
Please make sure there are NO international coins sent in, as they can't be included or banked!
